The venture represents the first time a leading professional services firm (KPMG), a major bank (CBA) and a global technology company (Microsoft) have come together to co-develop innovative solutions. WIISE delivers world-class enterprise software to Australian small and medium businesses (SMEs).

Your Opportunity

We are looking for someone who has worked in an start –up environment and is passionate about customer service, building relationships and engaging with people at all levels whilst also being well organised and able to effectively co-ordinate with internal accounts processes.  

Highly customer-focused with great understanding on performing accounts payable/receivable activities. You are energetic, confident, and enjoy coordinating and facilitating the administrative set up for new and existing clients in Wiise and CRM.

Managing work of multiple Directors, this role is responsible for coordinating and maintains key aspects of the CRM and Wiise systems to record client and client activity data.

  • Performs basic SAP, Wiise and CRM reporting functions
  • Performs/assists with Internal accounts processes for Wiise including accounts payable and accounts receivable on the Wiise systems
  • Liaises with Tech Implementation Operations Managers to meet Financial, Risk and Firm deadlines
  • Manages diaries using Microsoft Outlook
  • Assists in the arrangement of meetings
  • Coordinates travel
  • Works with designated Partner/Director to ensure that timesheets and expense claims are completed in a timely manner
  • Supports the team’s operations by assisting with any miscellaneous administrative duties
  • You are Required to assist with sales admin as the Wiise business scales up
