Opportunity to participate in the leadership team in Sydney

  • Promoting National Pursuit Team (NPT), what we do, how we operate, how teams can benefit
  • Building relationships cross divisionally with Leadership to support their needs and understand upcoming demands for NPT
  • Participate in a continual learning environment by sharing experience and knowledge.

Your role

  • The role works across all divisions within the firm so the focus is in being a specialist in what drives client behavior rather than specific industry knowledge

As a Pursuit Leader, you will deliver results by

  • Being creative with teams to unpack client challenges and opportunities that drives client centric solutions that provide the greatest value
  • Inspiring and coaching senior stakeholders to creatively look beyond traditional sales strategies and relationships for solutions to clients' needs
  • Injecting new thinking and perspectives to turn a sales pitch into sales story
  • Being passionate about challenging the status quo and adeptly changing BAU frames of reference
  • Effectively applying a methodology and best practice tools to lead and develop winning pursuit strategy and tactics
  • Connecting firm-wide services and capability to create a compelling value proposition aligned to the pursuit strategy
  • Leading and/or supporting presentation pitches

You will bring to the role

To be successful in this role you will require

  • Deep knowledge of a recognised sales/pursuit methodology
  • Significant business development experience in professional services, telecommunications, engineering infrastructure, advertising or similar field or experience in the areas of Human-Centred Design, Design Thinking, client-centric solutions
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills as well as the ability to work both independently and contribute to a strong collaborative team culture
  • Outstanding written, verbal and visual communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with pricing is highly desired
  • Demonstrable experience working with senior stakeholders to achieved desired results
