Your Opportunity

Working as a part of our collaborative culture, our Personal Assistants organise, support and assist designated Partner(s)/Director(s) teams in delivering a high quality and timely service, information, and advice to internal and external clients. You will be responsible for:

  • working with a Senior Partner in managing and planning their time, tasks and in determining priorities;
  • correspondence, meeting and diary management using MS Outlook;
  • operational and management reporting, ensuring that timesheets, expense claims and transfer are completed in a timely manner;
  • assisting in People, Performance and Culture support and business activities to welcome and on board new employees;
  • supporting business development / tender production and project activities by providing extensive editing and formatting support and coordinating knowledge management tools;
  • supporting the team's operations by assisting with any miscellaneous administrative duties such as maintaining distribution lists and databases.

  • secretarial / administration qualifications;
