Your Opportunity

Working as a part of our collaborative culture, our Personal Assistants organise, support and assist designated Partner(s)/Director(s) teams in delivering a high quality and timely service, information, and advice to internal and external clients. You will be responsible for:

  • working with the designated Partners / Directors in managing and planning their time, tasks and in determining priorities
  • correspondence, meeting and diary management using MS Outlook;
  • operational and management reporting, ensuring that timesheets, expense claims and transfer are completed in a timely manner;
  • assist in People, Performance and Culture support and business activities to welcome and on board new employees;
  • support business development / tender production and project activities by providing extensive editing and formatting support and coordinating knowledge management tools;
  • supports the team's operations by assisting with any miscelleanous administrative duties such as maintaining distribution lists and databases.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

  • secretarial / administration qualifications;
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
  • developing senior leadership management experience;
  • ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks in an efficient and self motivated manner;
  • ability to use applications such as MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel at an appropriate level of proficiency.
