Our Greater Western Sydney Restructuring team are trusted advisors working shoulder to shoulder, deploying cutting edge data analytics to design and drive financial and operational improvement strategies.

We continue to win challenging and interesting assignments across Greater Western Sydney and as a result, have an exciting opening for a Manager.

Your new role:

You will have the opportunity to develop your advisory, restructuring and insolvency skills as we advise clients with a range of needs.  This will enhance your development into a well-rounded and versatile advisor.  

Using your well-developed strategic, financial and technical expertise, you will have exposure to all levels of an organization and:

  • Work on a range of interesting assignments which will include advisory, restructuring and insolvency services;
  • Deploy best in class data analytics tools to diagnose and design integrated solutions across a range of divisions to deliver superior outcomes for clients;
  • Undertake market analysis and business development to identify new opportunities and work with senior management to grow the practice
  • Coach and mentoring junior team members in a supportive and inclusive environment

You bring to the role:

As the ideal candidate, you will be bring to the role:

  • Prior insolvency experience across the range of formal appointments
  • Exposure to informal turnaround or restructuring engagements
  • Performance improvement experience through an advisory, strategy or consulting lens
  • CA qualification or working towards
  • Degree in business, commerce/accounting or a relevant discipline
  • A positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • An ability to work closely with senior team members and clients
  • Resilience and an ability to perform in high pressure/fast-paced business environments.
