Manager - Leadership, Performance and Reward

Our Leadership, Performance and Reward practice specialize in providing commercial advice to our clients on a number of areas workforce reward and performance including:

  • Total reward strategy
  • Reward and performance analytics
  • Fixed pay structure review and design
  • Variable pay review and design including salesforce incentives and commissions
  • Reward governance frameworks and reporting
  • Gender equality - pay, performance and talent management
  • Performance management system design
  • Job Architecture & Capability frameworks

The team continues to grow from strength to strength and we are looking to add a Manager to the team.

Your Opportunity

In addition to working on projects similar to those listed the following will also be expected:

  • Thought leadership - providing insight and subject matter expertise both internally and externally
  • Support and drive team business development initiatives
  • Management multiple projects and work commitments concurrently

How are you Extraordinary?

  • A broad mix of technical knowledge suited to working in the Leadership, Performance and Reward team
  • Previous experience of working in a consulting environment would be preferred but not essential
  • Strong project management skills and an ability to manage multiple assignments and team members
  • Sector experience within consulting, a large listed corporate or government
  • Ability to leverage technology to design or deliver solutions
