RA delivers a range of services across all industry sectors in the areas of Internal Audit, Compliance, Controls Transformation and Corporate Governance.

As a Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Be a key member of a leading team that advises high profile financial institutions on operational and strategic initiatives focusing on risk management, process review and controls
  • Managing a portfolio of FS clients to consistently achieve specific revenue and profit objectives and deliver quality outcomes for clients
  • Leading the scoping, execution and delivery on a variety of internal audits as well as advisory projects across the FS LoB
  • Focusing on business development through maintaining strong relationships with clients during and post engagements 
  • Providing technical knowledge, direction and training to team as part of the day-to-day management of engagements
  • Develop a deep understanding KPMG’s broad service offerings to identify opportunities to meet our clients’ needs
  • Contributing to the development of compelling and differentiated value propositions in opportunity pursuits
  • Experience in and/or understanding of the FS sector
  • Solid experience in an internal audit or risk associated role, with a strong understanding of governance, risk and controls and an ability to think strategically
  • Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects
  • A tertiary qualification, post-grad qualifications such as CIA/CPA/CA will be viewed favourably 
  • An ability to lead and mentor staff
  • Strong ability to analyse information quickly using innovative solutions to solve complex problems
  • Highly developed report writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prepare business development material, including proposals, case studies and other industry / sector specific material
