In our world-leading Insights Centre, we help our clients solve big, complex problems by designing and delivering creative and collaborative workshops. We bring together large groups of stakeholders in to our high-tech Insights Centre to share their expertise, have meaningful conversations and co-design solutions that will truly work. Using Design Thinking, we work closely together with clients to get a deep understanding of the problem, design the work that needs to be done and deliver amazing events.

Your new role

You will work with extraordinary people who are passionate and courageous about their ideas in supporting clients to meet and exceed their potential. You will:

  • Assist in designing creative and collaborative workshops and experiences to be held within our Insights Centre
  • Inspire and motivate clients to understand how data and analytics can become key business drivers
  • Assist in delivering high quality design thinking workshops to our clients
  • Utilise the multiple technology tools available within our Insights Centre to enable impactful and positive conversations and experiences

You bring to the role

If you are a curious and creative thinker and are passionate about helping others solve complex problems, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. What we are looking for:

  • A curious mind, somebody who is eager to learn, grow and play
  • Experience in consulting and/or collaborative work design - in particular using design thinking
  • Great listening and analytic skills
  • A client-focused, positive attitude
  • A team player that loves working with people
  • A flexible approach to work with tolerance for ambiguity
