The Digital, Design and Enablement team is newly formed and brings together a holistic set of digital transformation capabilities – including digital strategy, digital new business models, digital technology, Internet of Things, cognitive and automation, advanced analytics and digital operating models. 

The team is growing rapidly to assist public and private sector clients transform to become customer / citizen centric, fully digital enterprises. Our team shapes, guides and supports the transformation of our client organisations through the build of their digital visions, the design and implementation of contemporary operating models, deployment of digital and emerging technologies, and the use of data to drive deep customer insights and cognitive delivered customer experiences.

Our work sees us engaging with a range of stakeholders spanning from senior leaders to program delivery teams, experience engineers, techno-marketers and third party organisations in the market. Our team consists of business professionals with a range of backgrounds, all with a single goal of helping clients understand their problems, develop a vision and strategy for change, and deliver transformational outcomes aligned to business need.

We are looking for exceptional people with a blend of skills from both technical to the critical emotional intelligence and client facing soft skills, with an appreciation for quality and delivering outcomes.

Your new role

  • As a Manager you will :
  • assist with the development and delivery of KPMG service offerings such as digital and platform strategies, business cases, customer and market research, digital operating model design and implementation, project management of client digital programs and technology advice and recommendations
  • sell and manage digital engagements with clients, working across the KPMG business to ensure the solution built is the right fit for the client
  • To analyse and present insights and recommendations enabled by structured thinking, technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills.
  • To support the growth and development of more junior team members through training, skills coaching and mentoring.

You bring to the role :

A range of experiences and skills in some of :

  • Demonstrated project delivery experience in :
  • Digital strategy : working with clients to determine how their investments in digital with benefit customers or citizens, performing customer and stakeholder research, business case development, cost / benefit analysis (e.g. channel shift, automation, sales augmentation) digital transformation planning and implementation, and presenting recommendations
  • Hands-on delivery of digital projects : covering the range of customer research, service design, digital architecture development, strategic planning, implementation of technologies in CMS / Experience Cloud, analytics engines, e-Commerce, CRM, integrations, AI
  • Operating model transformation : Strong understanding of contemporary operating model design and transformation trends e.g. adoption of agile at scale and experience applying at the enterprise or business unit level.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand that digital goes much deeper than apps and websites – including process change via automation, digital skills / operating models, understanding of core technology impact on customers or legacy digital policy
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication particularly when communicating digital advisory topics to stakeholders from marketers, to technologists to CxO.
  • The skills to manage all aspects of a project including ability to project planning, client management, influencing and guiding complex decision making, and coach, manage and mentor team members
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification/s.
  • Experience at a Management Consultancy firm (Big 4, SI, boutique) in a similar capacity essential.
