Your Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional candidate at the Manager/Associate Director level to join KPMG’s Health team in Adelaide.

Your role has a strong business development and growth focus – we are looking for you to help grow our business along with your career. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects across a range of Healthcare clients. You will have excellent skills that enable you to develop collaborative relationships with lead partners and their teams and communicate solutions and relevant positioning strategies for their clients effectively. Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you will develop and deliver services across a range of settings.

Ideally you are well networked and known to the market place as a thought leader and someone who can get things done. You will work across a variety of projects so you must enjoy stepping outside your comfort zone. Your ongoing responsibilities as a part of the team will include:

  • Supporting growth of our business in Healthcare
  • Developing strong client relationships ensuring that we can deliver that provides exceptional service and truly meets their needs
  • Managing teams and projects on client delivery across a variety of engagements in understanding policy problems and providing practical and strategic advice, undertaking system and policy reviews, and advising on strategies to achieve policy objectives and strategic advice on options for reform
  • You will have the desire to learn and deliver exceptional outcomes; excellent verbal and written communication skills; well-developed analytical capabilities; and enjoy the face-to-face interaction that client work brings.
  • Contributing to our Adelaide leadership team

In this role, you will balance hands-on involvement in projects with client engagement whilst developing the skills and capabilities of our junior Consultants.

  • Degree-qualified with post qualification experience in a Social Policy or Service Delivery environment
  • You are motivated by a strong sense of empathy with customers and care about delivering great outcomes for them.
  • A solid track record in delivering projects successfully
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement and management skills including interviews, workshops, and presentations
  • Self-motivated, who enjoys working in strong and collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Australia
  • Enjoy guiding and mentoring junior staff to 'think customer' and develop their careers.
  • A proven track record in developing and growing a business

Ideally we would like someone with experience in working in a professional services firm with management consulting experience.
