We are looking for an extraordinary strategic marketer to lead our Management Consulting marketing team. Supporting KPMG’s fastest growing and most diverse Divison you’ll work with interesting, talented people who are leaders in their field. 

Working shoulder to shoulder with our Management Consulting leadership team and as part of KPMG’s national marketing team, you will join a passionate and creative team that are reshaping Management Consulting and delivering outstanding solutions for our clients’ most challenging business problems.

Your new role

You will be an accomplished and commercially savvy B2B marketer who will work with a talented team to successfully develop and bring to life an integrated marketing strategy for our Management Consulting Division. In this key role, you will:

  • Provide strategic marketing advice the Management Consulting Leadership team to inspire and shape compelling value propositions
  • Develop and embed a marketing strategy and program that propels the achievement of Management Consulting’s business objectives
  • Fully leverage the capabilities of the Marketing and broader Brand & Engagement teams to deliver initiatives that ignite the KPMG brand and memorable client experiences that deliver real results
  • Work in collaboration with local and global marketing professionals to share and leverage leading practices
  • Bring passion and deep expertise that positions you as an inspirational role model and leader within KPMG’s marketing team

You bring to the role

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or other business discipline (with post graduate marketing qualifications)
  • A track record in delivering measurable results that build brands, enhance the client experience and deliver sound commercial outcomes
  • Significant marketing (B2B) experience in a sophisticated marketing environment including marketing strategy and planning
  • Strong digital, social media and content marketing experience
  • Marketing experience gained in areas such as product and/ or segment management, digital and social media marketing, content marketing, research & marketing analytics
  • Experience in the application of design thinking and agile project management in a marketing context highly desirable
  • The ability to engage, lead and inspire your team to achieve personal success and great results for the business
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A highly collaborative approach and the confidence and impact to influence diverse senior stakeholders in a complex, matrix organisation structure
