Graduate Talent Acquisition Coordinator - 6 month contract - Melbourne Based

Your new role
Reporting to the Graduate Talent Acquisition Manager, the role of Graduate Talent Acquisition Coordinator is to help support the end to end graduate recruitment process. Working alongside multiple Graduate Talent Acquisition Consultants, you will help drive and deliver the recruitment strategy for the 2019 campus recruitment campaign.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Supporting the Graduate Talent Acquisition nationally with administrative responsibilities
- Developing, implementing and / or maintaining recruitment and other employment and sourcing programs and policies.
- Reviewing applications to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Help facilitate large interview days with logistics, candidate communication, post interview follow ups
- Attending on-campus events to help market KPMG as an employer of choice and answer any queries students may have
- Work closely with recruiters, as well as candidates, to ensure a positive end-to-end hiring experience
- Manage candidate questions promptly and professionally throughout the process
- Gather, document and analyse qualitative and quantitative data throughout the graduate recruitment campaign
- Manage the firm’s attendance at a variety of promotional events in the location within agreed parameters (budget and attendance criteria)
- Accurate input, management and upkeep of the applicant tracking system
- Ensure optimal use of talent acquisition technologies and ensure data integrity is a priority leading to optimal reporting capability for the talent acquisition function
You bring to the role:
To succeed in this challenging position you will ideally hold:
- 1+ years of recruitment coordinator, project coordinator or HR experience (ideally in a high volume recruitment environment)
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Superb candidate focus, attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- A passionate people person with exceptional communication and the ability to engage and influence others
