Your Opportunity

As a Finance Administrator within our Restructuring team, you will help manage and deliver the administration of insolvency matters – especially in relation to the Technical Accounting and Finance items below. The role is “hands-on” with responsibility for delivering these items in our Perth office to ensure consistent support to the business.

Your duties will include

  • INSOL/MYOB new Client set-up and processing and maintenance (e.g. cashbook entry/journals, cheque processing/printing, direct debits / credits, manual & auto dividends, receipts & banking)
  • Client Bank Account Open & Close requests and follow up
  • Daily EFT processing and ABA payment upload onto the various banking platforms
  • Maintenance of Term Deposits: set-up, re-investments and redemptions as requested
  • Ensuring all requests / forms / requisitions are appropriately approved before actioning and processing.

You bring to the role

  • High proficiency using MYOB/INSOL, CRM and Microsoft Suite;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks in a high volume environment (often with competing deadlines);
  • Friendly, professional attitude, pro-active, self-starter with a collaborative team player approach;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail and formatting skills.
