Your new role

Multi-tasking and managing competing priorities daily, you will provide high level administrative support to the team. In this dynamic and integral role you will be:

  • Proactively managing workflow including collating reports, document preparation and email administration on behalf of the Partners/Directors
  • Engaged in the team’s project work and assisting with the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients
  • Proactively managing diaries, organising internal and client meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel
  • Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information

You bring to the role

It is likely you will bring a combination of the following skills and experience:

  • Confidence, personal presentation and communication skills suited to liaising at executive levels
  • Relevant experience supporting a high performing team in a fast paced, corporate environment, ideally from a professional services firm or an organisation specialising in property/construction/infrastructure work
  • A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality service
  • Self-motivation and an ability to take initiative
  • Outstanding organisational skills, a sound ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines, and strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
