Joining KPMG as an Engagement Support Team Leader, you will take on a leadership role with a fast paced and fast growing team of administration professionals.

Your major responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure your team delivers a high quality and timely service to internal and external clients
  • Step in to provide hands on support to your team during peak periods
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex or challenging requests
  • Provide leadership, training and professional development opportunities
  • Assist in recruiting new team members as we continue to grow and provide new starter training
  • Identify opportunities to improve or streamline our administration processes

How are you Extraordinary? You will have - 

  • Business administration experience, ideally within an accounting, audit or professional services environment
  • Natural leadership skills and a passion for managing and building a team
  • Initiative, self-motivation and a commitment to providing highly responsive customer service
  • Outstanding time management, complex problem solving and organisational skills
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset, strong communication skills and a flexible approach to your work
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Prior experience with SAP or tax return software is preferred but not essential
