Starting with KPMG as an Engagement Support Manager, you will take on a leadership role with a fast paced and a fast growing team of administration professionals. You will be passionate in building a positive team culture and ensuring goals are being met.

Your major responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple teams of administration professionals providing developmental opportunities and feedback
  • Playing a lead role in recruiting new team members
  • Driving a positive, supporting and high performance team culture
  • Building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships
  • Acting as a point of contact for the engagement teams and engagement partners
  • Providing performance insights and relevent financial reporting
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to build and improve our processes

How are you Extraordinary? You will have -  

  • Experience in managing business operations teams, ideally in accounting, audit, or professional services
  • Strong collaboration skills and a passion to share knowledge with others
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to time manage
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience in managing competing priorities under tight timeframes
  • Experience in managing senior stake holder relationships & help them to solve complex issues
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft office and reporting skills
