In particular, we are currently looking for a leader with deep experience and knowledge of digital strategy alongside significant industry experience or specialisation in any one of insurance, healthcare, banking, public sector, consumer products and services, retail and ecommerce, and/or telecommunications.

  • Significant strategy consulting experience from a recognised consulting firm, or relevant experience in a medium/large corporate or scale up digital business working on a wide range of high profile strategic digital challenges
  • Strong knowledge and technical skills in relevant industries (any one of insurance, healthcare, banking, public sector, consumer products and services, retail and ecommerce, and/or telecommunications)
  • Ability to define complex problems, design and plan approach, manage analysis and deliver results
  • Ability to translate between customer, business and technology domains and make trade-offs to drive balanced value creation
  • Experience in developing new propositions and methodologies in digital strategy, strategic design and related fields
  • Exceptional critical reasoning, analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
  • Proven client and stakeholder engagement skills able to respond to feedback and secure buy-in
  • Strong communication skills, and business writing and presentation development ability
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels across an organisation internally and externally
