KPMG's IT Services team have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Experience Team Leader to join the team and work closely with the Deskside Services Manager to ensure the delivery of high quality IT Customer Support Services from Canberra, to Canberra and Adelaide

Your new role

  • Team leading 4 staff (2 in Canberra and 2 in Adelaide)
  • Technical support of level 1 and 2 issues
    Please note you will be required to work alongside your team providing technical support as required.. this averages around 50% of the role!
  • ITS Relationship Management of the Canberra and Adelaide offices
  • Travel opportunities to Melbourne and Adelaide
  • Provide reports, including Service Support statistics, to the Deskside Services Manager

You bring to the role

  • Ideally experience as a Deskside/Desktop (level 1 and 2 support) Team Leader or Service Desk (level 1 support) Team Leader
  • You enjoy meeting people and building relationship with customers
  • Strong and proved background in; technical support (level 1 and level 2) and customer service
  • You can communicate technical concepts in layman's terms
  • You share a passion for technology and continual learning in the IT space
  • Experience using and supporting Windows 10 and Office 365 highly regarded
