We look for talented people with the potential to make an extraordinary difference for our clients, our firm and our communities.

Enterprise Management Consulting provides a dedicated mid-market and fast growing business management consulting advisory service. Our team partners with a variety of clients including privately owned companies, local councils, family businesses, smaller listed companies, foreign owned subsidiaries, professional partnerships and not for profits to help them navigate the complex challenges they face.

We understand what is important for our clients and help them navigate through their challenges to realign and reposition them for the future. With continued growth, we're now looking to recruit an experienced Technical Senior Consultant into our Enterprise Management Consulting team in Sydney or Parramatta.

As part of the team, your impact will be seen by creating a clear direction on how clients should transform their technology landscape, architecture and operating model to address the challenges of today and seize the opportunities of tomorrow.  In this role, you will partner with a diverse range of clients and provide expert consultation focusing mainly on information management, data analytics, mobility, IT strategy development, IT advisory, change management and project management. Through a range of engagements, you will gain exposure to Enterprise architecture design, infrastructure and integration architecture, platform level solution architecture and vendor evaluation. You deliver a compelling value proposition to business stakeholders and build and sustain collaborative working relationships.  As needed, you also will support the delivery of other engagements across Enterprise Management Consulting, in areas such as performance improvement, target and business operating model reviews/development, procurement and supply chain advisory.

Continuing your career in this role, your colleagues would vouch that you:

  • Act with integrity and show care for the people you work with
  • Demonstrate an ability to be customer focused, open to reimagine what is possible, and make complex concepts simple and easy to digest
  • Support the end to end process of advisory engagements including conducting interviews, research and analysis, forming recommendations and report writing
  • Are motivated by personal growth and accountability, with a desire to build strong, caring and fun relationships within the team
  • Are known to create and drive pragmatic outcomes and have an impact on your clients

You will have strong knowledge in a few, many or all of the following:

  • Technology strategy and planning;
  • Digital, big data, customer engagement and common core systems and platforms;
  • Major technology trends, innovations and their practical applications;
  • Experience with mid-market cloud products and transformation, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS;
  • Technology operating models and sourcing approaches;
  • Design and delivery of enterprise architecture, application architecture and integration design;
  • Mobility strategy and architecture;
  • Architectural frameworks and methods such as TOGAF and others;
  • Approaches to technology governance and innovative ways of working.

What we offer you:

We offer rewarding careers for outstanding professionals, ongoing learning and development opportunities, a collaborative and inclusive culture, and flexible and agile work practices that focus on our people's wellbeing to drive innovation and entrepreneurship.

We are consistently recognised as an employer of choice for women, and our inclusive culture promotes the development of our people irrespective of gender, ethnicity, generation, flexible work status, family circumstances, sexual orientation or disability.
