KPMG's Customer, Brand and Marketing Advisory practice helps our clients capture and grow the value of their customers and brand. Our objective is to revitalise our clients' organic growth competency by employing deep customer insight, driving customer engagement, and deploying best-in-class sales and marketing execution capabilities.

Your Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join one the fastest growing teams in Australia as a valued Consultant. You will work with extraordinary people who are passionate and courageous about supporting clients to meet and exceed their potential. You will:

  • Enjoy engaging and building strong relationships with a wide range of clients across multiple industry sectors including financial services, packaged goods, government, technology, telecommunications, and media.
  • Use your excellent analytical skills to analyse customer data and articulate s insights.
  • Prepare and participate in workshops and interviews with clients.
  • Facilitate business development activities and write clear, concise and engaging proposals and presentations
  • Identify ways to analyse information quickly and efficiently using innovative and creative solutions to solve problems.
  • Utilise your excellent communication and facilitation skills to support workshops and facilitated sessions.
  • Support Managers, Director and Partner in delivering client engagements to a consistently high standard of accuracy, project management and timeliness.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience will ideally include: 

  • A strong foundation in marketing, brand, CX and Martech.
  • Consulting experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with ease.
  • Competence in Microsoft Packages: Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • University degree (e.g. Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Psychology).
