Your Opportunity:

In this role you will provide administration support to the Client and Markets team in Melbourne. This role will see you working alongside an easy going, hardworking, collaborative team. You will be a self-motived, eager to learn administration assistant who excels in a face paced environment and a varied role.

Your work will see you:

  • Providing administrative support to senior leaders, including; Generate regular reports from CRM and SAP, including global opportunity pipeline, Partner usage statistics and missing timesheets
  • Support projects and new initiatives for CRM, including: maintain the CRM functional mailbox, respond to and direct queries from the firm
  • Update Clients in CRM, manage invitations to events
  • Actively participate in team activities and meetings, prepare and / or update presentation and be an ambassador for Clients & Markets.
  • Ad hoc duties as needed, such as room bookings, travel bookings, restaurant reservations, process invoices for payment, expenses and timesheets
