Customer Contact Analyst, KPMG Managed Services

Starting with KPMG as an Admin Analyst, you will report into the Administration Team Leader. This role is responsible for delivering to the financial advice case assessor team a clear and complete file which enables them to commence the customer remediation process. You will ensure that all required documentation is included in customer file to pass onto case assessing team to commence the appropriateness of advice review.

Your major responsibilities will include:

  • Collating key pieces of data and documentation from multiple systems and sources to create a complete customer case file
  • Updating and archiving information
  • Escalating emerging trends and concerns to team leader to assist with process improvement

How are you Extraordinary? You will ideally bring to this role -

  • Ideally financial services experience
  • Remediation experience a plus but not essential
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work in a target driven, fast paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritise
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good with Microsoft packages
