On the one hand, you'll be joining Korn Ferry, a global leader in recruitment process outsourcing.

On the other, you'll be working onsite for our client Stockland, one of Australia's largest diversified property groups.

This is a unique and challenging role, where you will be instrumental in providing innovative solutions and delivering exceptional results.

The Role

As a Recruitment Business Partner working onsite at Stockland, you will showcase your recruitment experience working within our RPO business. You will be aligned to a specialised business function, and will provide expert recruitment advice and drive positive business outcomes. This role will see you have a high level of stakeholder engagement and the ability to penetrate and maintain these key relationships.

Supported by a centralised talent sourcing function, you will build and nurture client relationships and support workforce planning initiatives. In this true client management role you will provide exceptional recruitment advice to your business unit.

To be successful in this role you will;

  • Have demonstrated experience providing exceptional recruitment advice in a corporate environment;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Be a proactive multi-tasker with strong written and verbal communication skills; and
  • Be comfortable working both autonomously, and collaboratively as part of a team.
