This position is based in our Sydney CBD offices, on George Street, next to Wynyard Station. The views over Sydney are spectacular.


Your role is to set appointments for Jirsch Sutherland’s most senior Partners and Principals to meet with accountants, lawyers and other trusted advisers nationwide.

Working on our prepared CRM database which targets agreed geographic areas, using the phone and follow up emails, your challenge is to introduce Jirsch Sutherland and arrange a meeting.

This is an appointment setting/diary management role rather than a full-on sales position.


  • Qualification, via the telephone, of prospective contacts as detailed on the in-house CRM
  • Delivery of the correct message to contacts
  • Booking appointments with the contacts to meet with a Partner
  • Administration and follow up including emails and accurately entering data on to the CRM
  • Liaison with our Partners to confirm availability for appointments and to brief them on the background to the appointment
  • Reporting of activity and results


  • Proven experience and success in Appointment Setting
  • Confident, professional phone manner
  • Experience of using a CRM, ideally MS Dynamics or similar
  • Ability to work independently with a positive can do attitude
  • Able to use Microsoft Office

    You will be rewarded with an attractive $50k - $60k base salary incl super + bonus (for full time).

    The position could be full-time, Monday to Friday working between the hours of 8:45am – 5.15pm in our fantastic offices. We are also open to part time and flexible hours for the right candidate.
