Business Development Manager - Agent Specialist

Working from home / flexible hours is a transfer comparison site where travellers and agents can compare thousands of transfer companies and book the best deal for where they need to go, whether it’s an airport, hotel, residential address, tourist attraction, transit point or cruise ship terminal.

As part of our growth strategy within Australia, we are seeking an experienced and passionate sales professional from within the travel or travel agency sector. You will join us with the enthusiasm and drive necessary to win new accounts, along with the key account management skills to develop our existing client base.


Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Develop an innate knowledge of the value proposition and tailor solutions to the specific needs of the agent
  • Develop and work with our network of travel agents across Brisbane, the Sunshine and Gold Coast regions
  • Generate leads and assess opportunities to expand Jayride’s agent network through industry functions and events, along with a direct sales approach - phone / webinars / face to face etc
  • Increase the volume of bookings across the region through travel agent acquisition and account growth
  • Onboard new agents in all aspects of our service offering, and provide support to Key escalating any issues where necessary

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A demonstrable track record in sales and account management
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience within the travel industry would be highly advantageous
  • Computer literacy and experience with CRM programs such as Salesforce
  • A current driver’s license and car
