As a comparison and booking site, we connect thousands of travellers and transfer companies around the world, powering transfers for some of the world's biggest travel brands, like Expedia, FlightCentre and Skyscanner to name a few.

With our continued growth we are seeking a client focused, results driven and systems oriented Account Manager. You will join us with the enthusiasm and drive to win new accounts as well as building relationships and expanding business with our existing partners.

Working closely with the Partnerships team your areas of responsibility include:

  • Owning the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Establishing and building relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Maintaining and building successful business / revenue generating relationships with our accounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams in support, transport and finance, together with the Partner Success Manager, to build strategic plans
  • To guide and support end to end API integrations with new accounts
  • Developing an understanding of the value proposition and tailoring solutions to the specific partner
  • Generating leads and assessing opportunities to expand Jayride’s partners and affiliates

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a sales and account management role
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively and efficiently
  • Sales planning and forecasting experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technology experience (particularly working with API’s) within the travel or transport industry would be highly desirable
  • Computer literacy and experience with CRM programs such as Salesforce
  • Problem solving skills - you will encounter numerous challenges in the role that will require an entrepreneurial approach
