Property Claims Consultant

The role of the Property Claims Consultant is to provide high quality end to end claims services to Insurance Clients of Innovation Group.

You will be responsible for providing a high quality claims management service as an integral member of the domestic property team. The purpose of this role is to ensure that we meet all of our claims service obligations to our clients and professionally manage our reputation for delivering high quality outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
  • The ability to negotiate and persuade
  • Excellent customer service ethic
  • To be reliable, punctual and show commitment to the role
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with a firm, engaging and respectful telephone manner
  • Excellent active listening skills with an ability to effectively question
  • A desire to continued learning and improvement
  • Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of navigating multiple systems
