Icon Water has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional Investigations Analyst to join our dynamic Risk and Emergency Management Branch. The Investigation Analyst is accountable for:

  • investigating all assigned workplace incidents
  • operating and continuously improving the investigation management framework
  • overseeing workplace investigations and monitoring timeframes and reporting
  • managing a panel of service providers.

What does the role look like?

  • You will take ownership of our workplace investigations, leading investigations and monitoring timeframes.
  • You will be passionate about continuous process improvement, developing and managing the investigation management framework.
  • You will be responsible for providing advice on workplace investigations, delivering training and providing support to our staff.
  • You will support others, building and maintaining key relationships in our business.
  • You will develop and run an investigations panel arrangement.

What we are looking for?

  • Qualification in investigation or equivalent experience in conducting workplace investigations
  • Knowledge of best practice investigations methodology and legislation applicable to the operation of a water and sewerage services provider.
  • Significant experience in conducting workplace investigations, as well as experience in extracting and analysing data, building and maintaining relationships and using computer programs including Microsoft Office
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • A demonstrated focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Integrity, excellent presentation and communication skills.
