Base Salary $83,031 plus 15% superannuation

18 months - maximum term / Flexible hours

Icon Water has an exciting opportunity for an Assurance Officer to join our dedicated Finance Group. You would be responsible for providing a range of assurance services to a program of work for our dynamic Strategic Projects and Technology Group.

What does the role look like?

You will be working with the Commercial and Assurance Manager to develop and implement project assurance, maintaining and updating assurance plans and standards for projects. You will mentor and guide the team on best practice for project assurance, and communicate findings, trends and issues.

What are we looking for (selection Criteria)

  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting, audit or similar.
  • Experience in a quality assurance, internal audit or a governance role.
  • You will have experience in project or financial accounting.
  • You will need to enjoy working in a business transformation environment.
  • A high level interpersonal skills being required to engage, negotiate and influence people to achieve positive outcomes.
  • You will need to be able to work in a complex, dynamic, rapidly changing environment .
