Marketing and Customer Experience Manager - part time

The Role:

A newly created role, we are seeking an experienced Marketing and Customer Experience Manager to develop our customer experience vision, and lead the strategic design process and implementation of customer experience and digital strategy projects. A pivotal role in taking the NTP business to its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer personas, journey maps, roadmaps and service blueprints as part of the overall future state vision.
  • Apply knowledge of design thinking techniques and digital to solve business problems through industry-leading design solutions.
  • Translate business requirements and goals, end user needs, and input from cross-functional teams into differentiated design solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to share customer data and insights to inform improvements across all channels including phone, email, web, mobile applications, social media and text messaging platforms.
  • Establish a new customer experience operating framework and measurement system that enables both real time action and long term value.
  • Work effectively with development teams to deliver user centred solutions within budget and scope
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, define target customer segments and develop value propositions for each segment

What you Bring:

Specifically you possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Design or a related field.
  • 5+years of experience in Customer or User Experience strategy and research, human centred design and design planning.
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing and experience in SEO and SEM is advantageous
  • Experience working with development teams, including UX and visual designers, technologists, and developers.
  • Experience in a fast growth environment , SME or start-up is an advantage but not essential
