Executive Search - Agency Recruiter


At FlexCareers, we're changing the way careers work, enabling those Aussies & Kiwis who need flexibility at work to find great jobs.

We play in lots of different areas across the human capital management spectrum, including platform recruitment, designing and running return to work programs, helping corporate Australia normalise flexible work through our FlexReady program, and outplacement.

We've never done agency recruitment for flexible jobs, not because we didn't think there was a demand for it - we were just focused on the platform side of our business.

But we're now open to the idea, and that's where you come in.

Some of the good bits:

  • The role is as flexible as you want it to be - we've got offices in Sydney, and a space you can use at Docklands, or you can work from home. Full or part time.
  • We've got a big candidate database. At 120k and growing, that's going to be your unfair advantage.
  • We've got very deep and sophisticated marketing capabilities, and a great brand that will open a lot of doors, and new sales leads coming in all the time. You'll get all the marketing and ops support you need and good systems to use.

To be sure, this role is not for everyone. Pay will be heavily biased towards a generous commission-only structure. This will work for some, maybe not for others, but we want to be upfront. It's the FlexCareers way.
