FlexCareers is looking for a highly motivated and savvy Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

To be successful our Client Relationship Manager will:

  • Get to know their customer's needs, wishes and dreams. You will be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve.
  • Report to the Head of Sales, supporting our sales function and will be based in Sydney. This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring you to demonstrate a proactive attitude and the ability to apply yourself to any challenge with motivation and enthusiasm. You will have previous experience in talent/account manager capacity and be methodical, strategic, process driven and show initiative.
  • Be able to work cross-functionally and cohesively within the broader team to ensure consistency across our brand & awareness of the products and consulting services.
  • Be proactive. Eager to jump in, learn and ensure the account management of our customers. Achieved by understanding the value of being a trusted advisor and a brand ambassador of FlexCareers.
