Finance Director (Full time)

About the role

As a Director within our Finance practice, you will have the opportunity to lead and deliver large pieces of client engagements across our core services of Finance Strategy and Financial Operations as well as Enterprise Performance Management.

About your experience

From strategy to operations, performance management to reporting, we help finance organisations build their capability to better support the wider business.

You will be able to leverage your expertise to carve out and cultivate a reputation that assists Deloitte Australia in continuing to position ourselves as pre-eminent strategic advisors to CFOs. You will have opportunity to contribute to building the momentum in reshaping our existing skills, service offerings and intellectual property to the Finance/CFO market.

Successful Directors will have the following preferred skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • An eagerness and strong ability to adapt to a wide arrange of teams, problems and work environments

We are looking for energetic individuals with consulting experience and/or experience working on large scale corporate or government projects. Ideally you will have a track record of motivating and managing high performing teams. A CPA/CA Accreditation or other post graduate qualifications would be highly regarded.
