We are inviting highly qualified and motivated individuals to contribute to the continuing growth of the EY Sweeney practice, Ernst and Young’s research and customer experience practice based in Sydney and Melbourne. This varied role supporting the EY Sweeney team in Melbourne will enable you to make your own and find you working on positively challenging, global reaching projects.
Your key responsibilities
We’re interested in leaders with a genuine creative vision and the confidence to make it happen. You can expect plenty of autonomy in this role, so you’ll also need the ability to take initiative and seek out opportunities to improve our current relationships and processes. If you’re serious about Research and ready to take on some of our clients’ most complex issues, this role is for you.
Skills and attributes for success
The ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
The ability to transform information into business strategy
The ability to win and lead projects from strong proposal writing to high end analysis and reporting
Ability to influence high performing teams
To qualify for the role you must have
A minimum of 8 years research experience, with at least 5 years of this spent in an agency/consultancy
Excellent research and analysis skills - ideally a dualist (both quant and qual)
High level client engagement and presentation skills;
Experience with software packages SPSS / Q Research
