The opportunity
 
Your key responsibilities

You will work with a number of high profile clients leading large to medium scale Risk Transformation engagements  in the public and private sector, working with  some of the largest and most interesting organisations in Australia.   You will be facilitating executive and board workshops, providing compelling and commercial subject matter guidance  to our clients, and providing focused and supportive leadership and training to our engagement teams. The range of projects with which the team is involved means that there is a dynamic team environment providing team members with a wealth of opportunities for personal growth and development. This role be instrumental in helping support the career development of the team.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Strong team leadership
  • Comfort in building and managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Technical depth and proficiency in strategic/enterprise risk management
  • Comfort with leading discussions involving GRC (not needing to be the SME)
  • Strong understanding of risk management processes risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrated through effective written reports and presentations

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience across a number of risk domains (executive facilitation; strategy, governance and risk management; program, project and change management; service delivery; strategic decision making; executive reporting and monitoring)

We are looking for Strategic/Enterprise risk professionals to assist leading organisations, in the Government and Commercial sectors, develop effective and relevant risk management and related governance outcomes. You will deliver quality and risk advisory to executive and board level stakeholders, often associated with complex business change projects and programs.
