The opportunity
With more than 11,000 professionals globally, joining our People Advisory Services Practice as a Senior Consultant or Manager you will work with leading organisations to help them navigate HR technology and transformation, deliver business outcomes and realise the investments from their HR transformation programs.
Combining technical HR systems and HR transformation skills, prior Management Consulting experience, project and programme experience and business problem solving capabilities, you will support our clients to design and deliver effective HR transformation across a broad range of clients and industries.
As a part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to apply and develop your existing HR transformation and HR systems capabilities and understanding of the technology implications of SuccessFactors, Robotics, digital or other related HR technologies by working with experts in organisational design, change management, talent management, culture and leadership.
As our ideal candidate you will be or have worked in a Management consulting firm and wanting to take the next step to deepen your experience with a global leader in HR transformation, or; You are working for a major corporate in the design and delivery of HR systems and transformation programs, and wanting to build your career in consulting with a global leader in HR transformation.

In your role you will work within a team and play a key role in the delivery of broad HR functional solutions, e.g.:

  • Innovative HR solutions to drive organisational performance
  • HR Technology strategy, selection, implementation and business integration advice
  • HR Transformation, including HR operating models and processes
  • Intelligent automation for HR function processes
  • Payroll and Time and attendance solutions

You will be working with disruptive technologies and supporting our client navigate through digital disruption having the opportunity to innovate in RPA and AI for HR.
Skills and attributes for success
We are currently looking for exceptional people with specific experience in change management, HR transformation enabled through HR technology and Organisational Design at the project, portfolio and enterprise levels, and with experience in large scale organisational transformation. If you are a natural leader with a proven ability to apply core consulting and project management skills in engagement settings, and are passionate about contributing to the latest thinking and practices in transformational change, then EY is the place for you.  We are looking for the following experience:

  • Exposure in HR business and technology related roles, including sourcing, process improvement advisory, shared service centre design and administration and vendor transitions;
  • Extensive experience in project management of HR transformation within a large organisation;
  • Understanding of HR business challenges and how technology solutions can be deployed to support people management and improve business outcomes;
  • Functional knowledge of leading local and global HR enterprise cloud technology solutions, including outsourcing solutions in the marketplace;
  • Proven consulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels, facilitate client discussions and engage follow on opportunities;
  • Experience writing winning points of view or proposals;
  • Experience leading, coaching and supporting people to be part of high performing teams;
  • Excellent standard of oral and written communication.
  • Previous experience with Success Factors (or other cloud based SaaS HR Systems)
