The Opportunity
 
We are looking for highly motivated self- starters and strong team players who like to challenge themselves, who can think strategically but enjoy 'rolling up their sleeves' and working closely with clients to get the job done.  
 
In your role as a Senior Consultant in EY’s Portfolio and Program Management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting clients to deliver their overarching strategy by working with them in the areas of digital transformation, business transformation and capital project delivery
  • Be involved in delivering complex government and private sector projects and programs spanning the entire lifecycle - from concept and feasibility; through planning, design and strategic change; into procurement, commissioning, operational readiness and implementation
  • Contribute to business development and account management activities such as supporting pursuits, proposals and managing key relationships

You will bring:

  • 3 - 5 years’ of ‘hands-on’ experience on projects and programs involving any or all of the following: business and/or government transformation, infrastructure and capital works development and delivery, digital strategy transformation and portfolio management
  • Management consulting experience gained through a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm is highly desirable
  • Operational program delivery experience is highly desirable
