About the Opportunity
 

As an RSA Archer GRC Manager or Senior Manager, you will have a track record of identifying new RSA Archer opportunities in the market and bring strong client and vendor relationships to bear. You will have first-hand knowledge of the business problems that the Archer solution is designed to solve and will have led teams through the organisation change required for a successful implementation. You will have worked with teams across a range of areas including:

  • strategic risk management
  • enterprise governance, risk and control technology enablement;
  • business process controls transformation;
  • program and project risk management;
  • vendor and contract risk management; and
  • IT risk management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identifying and driving new RSA Archer business development opportunities and preparing tenders and proposal
  • Advising clients on RSA Archer solutions
  • Leading RSA Archer implementation projects across the entire system development life cycle
  • Supporting the delivery of IT strategy, governance and risk management reviews as well as providing recommendations for improvement and implementation support
  • Building a team of GRC professionals to support of client needs
  • Leading / coaching senior executives and directing risk engagements, including enterprise risk management, business processes and controls, technology programmes and project risk management, digital, and IT risk technology implementations
  • Mentoring and quality assuring teams, taking accountability for outcomes, delegating and supervising large teams, structuring engagements and engagement economics, designing innovative solutions, leading marketing and communications, and managing key elements of the business
  • Developing and maintaining influential working relationships with clients
  • Actively identify opportunities to better serve clients
  • Leading business development initiatives

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • A minimum of 5 years+ prior experience with RSA Archer solutions (experience with other GRC platforms such as, Metricstream, ServiceNow, IBM OpenPages, SAP may also be relevant)
  • Ability to guide clients through the process of understanding business and technical requirements and selecting the right RSA Archer solutions that will deliver business value
  • Domain expertise in enterprise risk management frameworks and processes, cyber security, or business continuity
  • Experience in planning, leading and executing large scale GRC Transformation programs
  • Ability to define and implement governance processes relating to use of GRC tool
  • Familiar / Experience in the key project lifecycle of GRC transformations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • People Management experience (people development through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring all levels of staff)
  • Risk assessment, mitigation and remediation experience
  • Previous professional services experience with demonstrated sales experience will be highly regarded
