Risk Transformation Manager, Perth

As an experienced risk transformation professional, you will know how to effectively lead and manage small teams working on our client’s most important challenges relating to strategic, operational and project risk management, business continuity management/business resilience, governance, risk and control (GRC) technology enablement, risk culture, and third party risk management. In doing so, you will be part of our global network of risk specialists helping our clients to navigate volatile, complex and ambiguous environments, to design, implement and operate solutions that exhibit leading practice attributes of risk management and governance.

 

About the Opportunity

 

In your role as a Manager in our Risk Transformation team you will be responsible for managing the delivery of engagements associated with the transformation of risk, including enterprise risk management, governance, business resilience, program and project risk management, digital risk, and IT risk technology implementation.

 

Activities may include:

 

  • Developing scope of work
  • Leading the execution of risk engagements
  • Delegating, supervising and supporting the development of team members
  • Preparing reports and other deliverables
  • Communication of progress and outcomes
  • Managing engagement economics
  • Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with clients
  • Supporting business development initiatives and proposals

Skills and Attributes for Success
 

Ideally, you will have five or more year’s previous experience working in a professional services, public or private sector organisation, having gained considerable experience in the following:

  • Enterprise Risk Management design, implementation, operation and review
  • Governance, risk and compliance functional experience
  • Risk assessment, mitigation and remediation
  • Program and project risk management
  • Business continuity management/business resilience
