Manager, Sweeney - marketing advisory

We are inviting highly qualified and motivated individuals to contribute to the continuing growth of the EY Sweeney practice, EY’s research and customer experience practice based in Sydney and Melbourne. This varied role supporting the EY Sweeney team in Melbourne will enable you to make your own and find you working on positively challenging, global reaching projects.

About you
 
To continue to deliver great research, we’re looking for a Manager to join our Melbourne team.
 
In particular, we’re looking for people with the following experience:
 

  • A minimum of 8 years research experience, with at least 5 years of this spent in an agency/consultancy
  • Excellent research and analysis skills - ideally a dualist  (both quant and qual)
  • The ability to win and lead projects from strong proposal writing to high end analysis and reporting
  • High level client engagement and presentation skills; 
  • Comfortable with 'the business of research' and working to targets
  • Ability to influence high performing teams
  • The ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • The ability to transform information into business strategy
  • Experience with software packages SPSS / Q Research
