The opportunity

The current business environment creates significant implications for leaders.  They require a broader set of skills and capabilities, centred on agility and adaptability.   As a People Advisory Services (PAS) consulting professional in the Talent practice you will have the opportunity to work in networked, high-performing teams that deliver exceptional client service. , you will work with business leaders supporting them to focus on;

 

Your key responsibilities

You will work with business leaders supporting them to focus on:

·       Purpose driven leadership, Galvanising people to ignite long-lasting positive changes that fuels sustained growth and innovation;

·       Collective leadership to unlock the full individual and collective capabilities of teams; 

·       The skills and competencies needed to drive functional transformations both individually and collectively;

·       Both adaptive and disruptive change.

 

To qualify for the role you must have

·       Experience in change management, workforce advisory, leadership assessment or learning and development

·       Consulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshops;

·       Experience writing winning points of view or proposals;

·       Experience leading, coaching and supporting people to be part of high performing teams;

·       Excellent standard of oral and written communication.
