Your key responsibilities

· The skills and competencies needed to drive functional transformations both individually and collectively;
· Both adaptive and disruptive change.
To qualify for the role you must have
· Experience in change management, workforce advisory, leadership assessment or learning and development
· Consulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshops;
· Experience writing winning points of view or proposals;
· Experience leading, coaching and supporting people to be part of high performing teams;
· Excellent standard of oral and written communication.
