About the Opportunity
As part of an international network of professionals across geographies and industries you will:

  • Lead the team and clients to accomplishing engagement objectives and strategies;
  • Work closely with clients to diagnose and analyse business process improvement opportunities;
  • Advise clients on how to manage business risks and improve internal controls;
  • Develop strong client relationships that achieve service expectations, deliverables and outcomes.

About you
Required skills and experience:

  • Inspiring leadership capability with the motivation to develop others, build high performing teams and effectively delegate with appropriate levels of support;
  • Exceptional communication and client engagement skills;
  • Significant experience successfully operating at Manager level, ideally working for a blue chip, government or professional services organisation as an internal auditor or risk advisor;
  • Thorough understanding of operational, financial and compliance risks, including devising internal audit work programs, managing project delivery, and preparing well-constructed internal audit reports;
  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree qualification in finance, business, accounting or related discipline;
  • Professional accreditations and qualifications will also be considered favourably (CPA, CISA, CA, CIA, CISM, CISSP, CBCP, CIPP).
