Internal Resourcing Consultant/Manager – Financial Services Advisory, Sydney


The Experience Management team within EY are responsible for resource management and workforce planning across our business.  We are seeking an Experience Manager/Resourcer to join the team to support Financial Services – Advisory. As the Experience Manager/Resourcer, you will be the key contact for strategic resource allocation and capacity management of our client facing staff.  You will work closely with leadership to help maximise business performance and deliver on our talent promise through proactive management of our client-facing staff.
 
Your key responsibilities

  • Allocate staff in a dynamic ever-changing environment
  • Monitor staff availability through the firm's resource management system (Retain)
  • Assist our people to get on-the-job experiences to enable their development and growth
  • Escalate skill gaps for recruiting and upskill opportunities
  • Assist leadership providing key metric information on their resource pools
  • Manage key relationships with our leadership team, staff, Operations, Talent and Finance teams

We’re looking for

  • Solid project management/project coordination skills
  • Refined relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to navigate a complex environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
