With more than 11,000 professionals globally, joining our People Advisory Services Practice as a Manager you will work with leading organisations to help them navigate HR transformation, deliver people focused business outcomes and realise the investments from their HR transformation programs.
Combining HR transformation skills, prior Management Consulting experience, project and programme experience and business problem solving capabilities, you will support our clients to design and deliver effective HR transformation across a broad range of clients and industries.
As a part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to apply and develop your existing HR transformation by working with experts in organisational design, change management, talent management, culture and leadership.
As our ideal candidate you will be or have worked in a Management consulting firm and wanting to take the next step to deepen your experience with a global leader in HR transformation, or; You are working for a major corporate in the design and delivery of HR transformation programs, and wanting to build your career in consulting with a global leader in HR transformation.
