As a result of continued growth, EY’s People Advisory Services team wishes to hire a technically strong tax accountant or commerce or law graduate with an interest in developing client management experience and in being a team player.
We are looking to hire a talented Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our team.
Your role will involve:
Working on fringe benefits tax compliance services, payroll and superannuation;
Working with different stakeholders including international offices in EY‘s global network;
Providing individual tax briefings, tax equalisation calculations and other compliance related matters including expatriate tax returns using our delivery tools and technology
Ensuring all tax compliance deliverables are high quality, technically accurate and delivered on time;
Using our advanced employment tax analytics and robotics tools in our digital client solutions;
Researching and drafting a variety of employment tax advice and ATO rulings requests;
Providing guidance and mentoring to junior graduates and vacations.
You bring to the role
Tertiary business degree and studying towards or completed CA qualification or other relevant tax qualification;
Previous employment tax experience in either a Big 4 or middle tier firm or industry;
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to motivate and lead teams to achieving an outcome;
