Change Manager - People Advisory Services - Brisbane

The opportunity

The PAS team are looking to recruit someone with strong change experience to join our Brisbane team.  We are looking at the manager level and would like someone who has demonstrated experience of designing change strategies and leading all aspects of the change lifecycle. 

Candidates with experience in either externally consulting and leading clients through change journey’s or have been working internally as a HR business partner or change lead should consider applying.   Whilst change is the priority capability area we are looking for, the candidate will be joining a team that works across a number of a people related areas with clients including organisation design, workforce planning, HR and general talent management, organisational development and learning, culture and leadership.

To qualify for the role you must have

Demonstrated mastery in the lifecycle of change and proven ability in designing change management strategies, change readiness, stakeholder communications, leadership alignment and the phases of implementing change and be able to show how you have applied these consistently in engagement settings.   Be able to show how you have lead teams in the implementation of change strategy and initiatives is key.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in a consulting environment (either internal or external) highly desirable

  • Client focus and experience leading the relationship and work with clients

  • Some accreditation in project management or change

  • Experience in broader people advisory skills such as organisation design, workforce planning, HR and general talent management, organisational development and learning, culture and leadership.
