We have a number of positions available which are suited to people with 3-10 years’ experience. These are Canberra-based within our Performance Improvement consulting practice. Our team are predominately CA and CPA trained and ideally you will be professionally trained (or working toward) too. But we aren’t looking for the average “bean-counter”. We are a diverse and inclusive team from all walks of life, who will value your critical thinking and outstanding communication skills. Your cultural fit and client-service focus are important to us. We are really looking for people who like people, and for people who love to deliver the highest quality work. You don’t need to be loud, but you do need to be motivated and have a great attitude.
You might be from the public, private or not-for profit sector. You might be an experienced consultant, or a technical expert who is new to consulting.  But you will be flexible and agile, self-motivated and proactive, a driver of your own career, comfortable with some ambiguity, willing to challenge your thinking, love working in teams and always striving for more.
By being part of our team, you will also be part of the broader EY team in Canberra, Oceania and globally, and you will have access to all the benefits that entails too. We have some fantastic employee policies, amazing development and staff programs, a rich social-corporate agenda and an active social club. If you want to “get involved” you will be spoiled for choice. A day in the life of one of our senior consultants is hard to describe, because it is rarely the same. And this role is what you make of it. That’s part of the excitement.
