HR Business Analyst

Your Role

Electrolux has recently consolidated its HR Services and Payroll functions and continues to invest in its HR digital transformation program with a focus on optimising the employee experience and self-service. Our systems include Cornerstone, Preceda and a view towards where ServiceNow may be utilised in future.

The HR Business Analyst will support the HR Services team in leading improvements in service delivery and harmonisation across the end to end (E2E) employee experience.

A key objective is the E2E business process mapping across the entire HR Services team and defining requirements for an implementation of case management and input into the overall service model.

A Typical Day

Your day will include engaging with Electrolux subject matter experts across various functions as you map the services and processes across our hire to retire framework, highlighting pain points and opportunities for improvements. As we focus towards new technologies, you will also be leading the finalisation of our functional requirements and technical specifications as we engage with our IT partners to optimise our services with a focus on automation to complement our team.

Who You Are

This role will see you apply your HR domain experience as an analyst working previously in either the HR or Payroll space as you help drive this transformation.

Finding a needle in a haystack, promoting opportunities to remove service bottlenecks and crafting workshops with stakeholders will all be second nature to you.
