About the Role
Are you someone who loves sharing their digital knowledge and expertise with others?
As the Digital Analytics Manager you will work directly with multiple stakeholders across numerous Business Units to democratise our data and provide actionable insights.
We are seeking a visionary digital analytics expert who has the ability to inspire and influence across all levels of the business. As the Digital Analytics Manager you will take a leadership role in the digital transformation of our iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with key stakeholders and partners to build a reporting framework that delivers actionable insights that influences business decisions
  • Provide insights into customer behaviour patterns through data analysis, and assist the CRM team in developing customer segmentation and value growth models.
  • Drive digital analytics capabilities with market best practice
  • Manage a small off-shore team to help you deliver against the reporting framework
  • Digital asset tag management (GTM)

Key Skills
Our ideal candidate has experience working in the digital space on client side with a strong exposure to commercialising digital analytics in a marketing business context.
You will have an ability to consolidate and visualise data from a range of sources including Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, KRUX, DoubleClick, Social Bakers, Datarama and MOAT.
Experience using database extraction, processing and visualisation tools such as SQL and Power BI. It would be highly beneficial if your skills extend to Microsoft Azure and other tools, along with a demonstrated knowledge of data modelling techniques.
You demonstrate excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills as well as an eye for detail. You are collaborative and have experience working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
