Your Role


This pivotal role in the residential development team is responsible for all newly acquired assets concentrating on design, development, planning through to launch of the project. This Development Manager role is focused on driving outcomes on two projects within our growing Apartments portfolio that are currently in early stages of development. As such you’ll have the opportunity to really impact the final products that we’ll be bringing to market. Reporting to and partnering with the Senior Development Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing delivery of the projects including financial performance, reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, monthly reviews and cash flow;
  • Managing and administering contracts, obtaining current and future approvals ;
  • Managing aspects of the sales and marketing process;
  • Monitoring marketing and competitor activity;
  • Building strong relationships with key internal and external project partners to ensure that the project vision is delivered upon.

About You


Degree qualified in a property related discipline, you will have prior experience in a development capacity with specific experience in mixed use residential and apartment projects. With demonstrated business acumen you have the ability to assess the financial benefits and risks of the projects you are working on. You know the importance of teamwork and have the capability to empower the resources around you to strive for excellence in all you do as we drive the project towards delivery.


Additionally you will have strong strategic and operational ability, commercial acumen and problem solving skills.
